Is the second press listed on your site 9MM and 38 Super correct?

It is based on primer size, one is large primer 40 and one is small primer 9/38.

So what does the "Super" mean usually the press only comes preconfigured for one caliber.

Yes I figured that, but as I said it does not sound right in a new press as they are usually only configured for "one caliber" from the factory maybe a typo if the OP can confirm.
9mm/.38 super is the conversion kit it comes with, you then need to purchase 9mm dies. https://www.dillonprecision.com/#/content/p/8/pkg_id/9

Red seal is correct you start with the right press (9mm/38super-same press) and depending if you want 9mm or 38 super. You buy the corresponding dies 9mm=part #14406, 38 super=part # 14399.Btw this part # corresponds to Carbide 3 die sets

Dillon for pistol calibers as there are now more aftermarket add ons and accessories that will make your reloading better or faster- Plus the no B.S. lifetime warranty.
Because of this guys who sell there reloader seem to get there money back when they resell it.Something to consider if you see it as an investment.
