Yay, I just got my second M93 from Dark International.

After I clean the cosmoline out, I'm gonna take this cute little sucker to the range.

Anyone know if Marstar is not selling these anymore? On thier website it only says "Sold Out" not "Permanently Sold Out" like it did a few months back.

EDIT

Just did a wipe down with CLP - man Norinco has really improved the quality of these guns. This new one is a lot less rough than my old one.

My ftp site is down; I'll upload tommorow.

I mean the slide feels a lot smoother - it doesn't tear up my swabs when I clean it like my first one.

A Picture is Worth...

The new one doesn't have a flashlight on the barrel:

Such a cute little gun. I hope when I have kids and they're old enough, and if the Liberals don't destroy Canadian gun culture - that this will be the first pistol my son or daughter shoots.

The trigger on my old one seems quite a bit more woobly - I don't know if that's just use or not (I'd say 5k rounds through it). Don't have any problems shooting it though.

It's not only better on the outside. The inside machining is cleaner and more accurate as well by the pictures.

How are they for group sizes? Any comparisons as to trigger feel?

I used to own one like this and it was a very nice little handgungun...
the only problem was the loose rear sight: seems to be a common problem
with all the M93's...
Did they adress that issue with the newer guns?

Keep any cleaners like Gunscub, brake clean away from the grips and mag followers. Mine must have 7,000+ rds through it, never actually taken it apart, just flushed it out with WD40.

taking it to the range this weekend; will update later.

I think Marstar sells them

I also don't think they made any changes to the rear site, but I have the same problem with my old one.

Mine eats only Federals/American Eagls and CCI no problem at all but the rest or brands FTF a lot.
I do also have a problem with rear sight keep getting loose all the time, even so I like it, it's small, acurate and I payed for it only $150 with 2 mags.

that may change as your gun gets "broken in"= and it also depends ON THE AMMO- IT IS MY OPINION that 22 tends to go "stale" after a while, and i've shot all brands - except for the super-expensive rws or dnyamit nobel, or whatever it's called- the stuff that's about 10x the price of everything else
when you get near the bottom of the brick, you start to get ftfs, and sometimes that can be cured by getting the firing pin to hit in a DIFFERENT place on the rim, or a double strike, and that's what makes me suspect the priming mix is subject to age

I install a brass plate under the rear sight, it hold it tight may be for month or so, then it got loose again. The little useless screw does nothing regardless if it screwed or not, I guess I will have to replace the brass under the sight plus use locktite to secure it.
