Yeah.. two Citori firing pins and three retaining pins were $32 US. By the time I got them (two failed delivery attempts by Usually Poor Service, despite instructions to keep them at the local depot) they cost me more than $115. The parts would have fit in the palm of your hand, but the box was big enough for a toaster oven.
I called Brownell's and commented on it. Commented is a good word, yeah.
They said their experience with UPS showed that any smaller package would get lost, so they "packed big".
