Directions to Nanaimo Fish And Game Club

Going to this weekend's Qualifier and looking for directions coming off the ferry from Duke Point

I have a map but need specifics.

Example, from ferry terminal, which highway, how long before we exit highway, turn left or right as this or that street, travel time from terminal to range ?

We are going early Saturday am and would have little time to get lost

the 545 ferry will work....
Ok directions:
From ferry terminal, hit the Campbell River/Nanaimo off ramp onto the island highway. stay in the right lane...You will eventually be taken onto the Inland Highway bypass off ramp (not its real name) or the new island way as we call it. this highway bypasses city centre.
Next, is to take your next exit east (right). College drive I think they call it.
Drive pass Malaspina College until you hit Wakesiah. Turn right onto it.
Then, Turn right onto Nanaimo Lake Roads, drive past the Nanaimo Military Camp, then past the Overpass, then pass the resevoir, eventually you shall see the NFG club.

DVC1911, we will , we did it about 3 years ago and we got the permission of match director too just in case.

We are taking the 5:15am ferry which puts us in Nanaimo by 7:45 arriving at range probably by 8:10-8:15am (dont jinx it ....)
 
5:15 AM Ferry...... That means you are going to be up 4:30am.... That just plan NASTY!!!! Drink lots of coffee!!
 
That means I sleep at around 8 pm wake at 2:30 am pack and get ready for my companions to pick me up at 4:00 am to get there at around 4:30.

We are coming back in the afternoon too.

Should be exciting as I had enjoyed the long distance shooting in Nanaimo. Now that I have my pistol zeroed at 50 yards, I am truly truly excited.
