So I had an interest in trying out some of their sights, a neat concept, so I ordered a pair. One standard delta cross hair unit and a factory refurbished (warrantied) tritium crosshair reticle. $35 US dollars shipping and two weeks later they arrived and I was pretty stoked to check em out.

I pulled the delta unit out first and I was quite impressed, exactly what I expected it had a very bright and clear sight picture. This is gonna be a good sight.

The next to come out of the box was the refurb tritium unit. As soon as I brought it to my eye I could tell something was off. The lazer etched reticle was glued in crooked. They sent me a lame duck.

I contacted the company to the same email address that sent my receipts and shipping notifications and got no response. I later sent a message through their contact us form on their web sight. They’d responded and asked for photos. I sent them photos and they said that must be the reason it was a refurb unit. I explained that fixing it before selling it would make it refurbished but in its current state it is just broken. They stated they would be happy to replace it as soon as I ship it back to them on MY dime.

I explained that was unacceptable to me as I had already paid them to ship it to me once and they sent me a dud. We went back and forth and though I was firm I remained civil. They simply stopped responding.

I paid through (FRAUD ALERT) and I have filed a claim with them for the value of the one dead sight as it is garbage to me. I’ll post when I have more info.

I really wanted to love these, and in fact I am very excited to try out the basic unit next time I get out plinking. I just have a terrible taste in my mouth from dealing with a company that clearly doesn’t take responsibility for their own mistakes.

Forgive my grammar, I am on a phone.

I have a Delta site on an old chiappa 9 mil M-1 clone and believe it or not that thing is accurate as hell for what it is. A very fast acquisition as well. I don't mind it at all. I've never tried shooting it in low light though. Not sure it would be all that great in that situation. But certainly a great unit for a range toy like the one I have it on. Sad to hear about the customer service though. Good luck hope things work out for you

Ridiculous when companies do #### like this, I've paid for too many products and have had to return them multiple times with having them send me duds over and over again or make mistakes with shipping.
They should be doing what Valve and other Companies do and just omit the shipping price completely for you and send you a refurbished or new product for free completely with you sending them back the broken product. I understand them wanting the product back but not paying extra for it to be returned.
