dished crimps with new load

[total disaster]

while following Hodgdon titegroup load data with one ounce over 20 grains of titegroup and WAASL wad I am getting dished crimps bad in STS and slightly dished (to the point some leak) in AA hulls. should I keep lowereing start crimp and crimp to try and help this? I am limited on what I can buy for powder and this is what I was able to get

Change to a 7/8 ounce wad or as some people do that I know, put a hard field pea or soup bean in each shot load to act as a "filler"

...or perhaps a 1/8" overshot cardboard disk in the bottom of the shot cup before adding the shot.
