Hi, unfortunately this order did not show up on our end - shows it was cancelled. We don’t have deposits for these transactions, they show as voided so there is no money for us to return. It could be that the card was charged and will be voided within 3 days since the transaction was cancelled. We will continue to monitor and if we see a charge will instantly refund it. If you would prefer to call us TF 1.888.249.1991 we can confirm/resolve that way as well. Our apologies that this transaction did not work out for you - if you want to call and ask for Kevin our store owner he will do what he can do make this right for you.

These types of sales are first come first serve we will do better in future at making sure people know that.
