DIY annealer

I just skipped through that video that you posted, so I dont know if he had lots of detail on his wiring. Thats really the only thing Im worried about a lil bit. :)

Yeah I saw that part wher he said that it just eventually gets brittle.
 
Yep built mine about 3 years back.

Had the annealer crap out within the first year, and amazon seller replaced it, no questions.

I had added a small computer fan on the corded end of the annealer and a fan I run facing the block when annealing. Keeps the coil a bit more consistent when running several hundred brass per sitting. I run mine with a 7 sec delay.

Going to be sitting down and sorting our the liquid cooled, auto feed, adjustable unit that guys build. It will be a bit more, have a lot of 3D printed parts, but have a self load hopper, and auto drop down. Still adjustable for height with different size brass and time adjustable. Those units look like the ultimate rig.

You know I was good till someone had to show off the auto feeder, down the next rabbit hole I go. The induction is definitely easier to keep constant session to session as the my propane setup every time I have to put the torch back on and spend time tweaking distance and flame size. The induction removes that, but auto feed, guess I know what my printer is going to be doing
