As a matter of fact, yes, I have tried it.
Or, at least I think I did. I was at DVC Ventures tonight and I was playing with an SR-22 they have, and noticed it had a Dlask receiver. No idea if it was the same one as you're looking at, but it was in there, and they did have a rail on top (looked like the original SR-22 top rail).
I would assume they're all designed with the same screw locations as the OEM one though... It wouldn't make sense for one company to make a top rail that fits a Ruger, and another company to make a receiver that was drilled for a different rail, at least as far as I'm concerned.
