So I picked up a dlask 10/22 takedown barrel since they finally came into stock again, along with their bolt on pic rail. Ran into an issue installing it where once the barrel mount in attached, the barrel is canted off to the right, which is problematic for the pic rail as it's off to the side. I attached a picture of it so you can see the angle

I had emailed dlask about this issue as obvious it won't work like this, they simply replied back that "sometimes you need to fiddle with it. There's no right way".

Has anyone else encountered this and have a way to get things lined up? If I can't figure it out relatively simply I'm going to return it

Check the attachment point between the barrel and receiver. That connection is adjustable. Loosen the collar completely, then put the barrel in square and tighten the collar. If that doesn't work, the barrel block will need to be loosened, adjusted and re-torqued. The torque spec is 24 inch pounds. This isn't unusual for this rifle, the adjustment is designed in so that tolerances at the factory can be balanced out.

Do you have a side pic?
I'm a bit confused (doesn't take much these days). Is the rail mounted on the receiver or the barrel?
