Dlask 12.5" and Compstock

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I couldn't find the answer by searching. Is a Remington 870 with Dlask 12.5" barrel and Knoxx collapsing Comp stock still over the minimum OAL? Or does it drop below it when you collapse it? Be sweet if it doesn't....

this might help as a starting point -my remington 14 incher with the knoxx Breacher's grip is around 26.25 to 26.5 incher. So if the Knoxx collapsing stock at its fully collapsed length is at least 1.5 inches longer than the breacher's grip you should make the 26"

Has anyone measured an 8.5" with the recoil reducing Compstock? I'm assuming it's close as well, should make the cut.....so to speak.
