dlask 1911 mags

I see there are 1911 mags on his site, price seems assuming they are a quality piece.

Anyone use them and have some feedback?

Best mag I have ever used, very high quality, very well made. Use it in my colt 1911. Plan to buy more when I am in Delta, wanted to get some from him at the Chilliwack gun show but he was not there this year.

They look like the ACT-MAGs, which are also sold by Novak and Wolff.

I have a couple, which I bought from Wolff, and they look like a quality product. In my Norinco 1911, they feed RN or FP bullets well, but the Norinco mags actually feed SWCs better. Results may vary in other makes of 1911s, of course.

yep mine has "BY ACT-MAG MADE IN ITALY" stamped on the side.and i tell you its night and day next to the norc ones you get.will be getting a few more from dlask.i have the blued one and the finsh on it is GREAT for a mag

The Dlask mags are ACT mags from Italy. I have about 10 of them and they work flawless. Results will prob vary from gun to gun but they have all fed great in my Colt.

Best mags for the money in my opinion. I especially like the removable basepad as I hate changing springs in the fixed basepad mags.

Best 1911 mags I've used from a functional stand point, smooth action and easy to load. I shoot PPC and regularly drop my mags on gravel (occasionally concrete) during reloading. All my base pads have cracked after 1 year of use. Joe's service has been great and he has replaced the base pads for free. In another incident he exchanged a problem mag that I had used/abused for 6months. He asked for no receipt and gave me no hassle...just a new replacement. In my experience Dlask stands behind its products so I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Has anyone else been running these mags with SWC bullets? If so, how do they feed in your gun?
