The receiver on my ruger 10/22 is off with the rail. Is it possible to reuse everything and swap in your dar-22 receiver without much work?

Yes. The barrel may be a bit sloppy if it's a factory Ruger but it will all work together fine otherwise.

Quick question about the DAR-22 complete rifles... What is the overall length of the 12.5" model with the hogue stock?

OAL is 31" with the 12.5" and thread protector.
