Title says it all. We are looking for a general duties shop helper. Job is full time, 7-3:30, M-F. Duties include but are not limited to :
-Sand blasting
-Simple lathe work
-Simple milling work
-De-burring small production parts
-Some shipping / receiving
-Shop clean up
-MUST have a valid RPAL
-MUST be physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
Pay commensurate with experience. We are not looking for a journeyman machinist but if you have hands-on training with either a mill / lathe then that helps alot. MUST live relatively close by and have your own reliable transportation as the bus service out here is not exactly frequent, i.e. please don't apply if you live in Chilliwack and would require a 2 hour commute.
