any good? they don't answer my emails. I tried to call but no answer, I left a massage, been 2 days no word from them. Anyone deal with them before?
 
I buy allot of sh!t there... They dont have the staff full time for emails and phone calls....

I like it that way it keeps cost down....
 
Never had a problem with buying off their website and their product is top notch, but their communication system can use a bit of work.
 
Awesome place to deal with, very busy people because there products are in demand. Emails are a little slow and I see by your location calling might be annoying but once you get them on the phone you will get a very nice lady who is very helpful. Being within a 35minute drive from them sure helps ;)
 
They're normally really busy from what I've seen. I managed to call in and place my order since i needed some extra work done and you can't add that to your cart online.
 
They're usually busy guys, I give Emails a week or so before I'd email back or give em a call.

Very high quality workmanship, fit and finish is good. Just have to be a little more patient with them.
 
I have the Dlask Mini Moose 8.5 with the A6 muzzle break and its the loudest AR on the range, had a recent issue with the gas line but Joe is handling it now and I have faith in his work, s**t happens and its good to deal direct with the guy built my rifle.

Also bought his top of the line 1911, very satisfied with it having previously owned Springfield and S&W 1911s.
 
Just emailed him a couple of times last week.

His responses were brief, so brief I had to send a second one to clarify. Think I had a response in both cases in about 24h.
 
That's sounds like most the retailed I've ever emails.

I skipped most the foreplay and just put an order in on the website.
Got an email the next day telling me when the newest batch of uppers would be ready.
Wasn't too long, so good enough, provided it's a realistic eta.
 
I've ordered things with no problem online. Also, everytime I've called they've picked up the phone and taken time to talk to me. My experience with them has been great, I look forward to doing business with them again.
 
I've ordered parts/accessories, but not major stuff like receivers, barrels, etc. They've always delivered and are legit. Yes, a little slow on the communications side, but it's not a big deal.
