Dlask barrel : chamber issue

A long time ago I purchased a Dlask barrel (12.5in) for a 10/22. After mounting I test fired it and it caused out of battery discharge and case head failure. I had it looked over and the thing won't chamber a regular 22 round. You actually have to force the bullet into the lands to get it to fully chamber. I set it aside thinking : I'll get around to getting it fixed someday...

Now I want to get back to it, who can re-cut the chamber? Any recommendations?
 
Should have added this in the OP indeed.

Called them at the time and they wanted 90$ to fix it... Hence my decision to just put it away...

Hmm, that's indicative of it having a match chamber, engraving the bullet into the lands is known to be required for top accuracy. I have a custom barrel on my Remington 597 with match chamber that engraves the lands, no issues chambering as you've described. Sell it, get a 597 and don't look back? :d If you're in Ontario, I can recommend someone as they did the work for the Lilja barrel on my 597, they also have a sporter type reamer for .22 so that the bullet won't engrave the lands. DLASK's offer to fix for $90 may be your cheapest option though...

I find that hard to believe... did you buy the barrel directly from Dlask? Joe stands behind his products... I have never heard of them not taking care of a manufacturing issue.
 
I had the same issue with my 8" Dlask Xtreme chamber.I sent it back to them and they rechambered it to sporter free of charge,all it cost me was shipping there and back.
