I'd like to hear from those who own the CGN engraved Dlask lower receiver about the quality of the receiver and in particular the quality of the engraving.
My plan is to slim the herd a bit and go with one lower receiver capable of taking both a 9mm and a .223 upper. Since I'm only going to have one AR, I figured I'd get something "custom" and want to get a custom serial number and perhaps a picture engraved on the right side magwell.
I know there was a CGN run which featured the CGN logo on the gun. For those of you who own that gun, how is the image quality of the engraving (i.e. is the image clear and recognizeable, lines cut clean etc)
Also, if any of you use a Dlask lower with a 9mm upper, have you had any trouble getting the mag block into the magwell? I've heard the Dlask lowers can have a tighter fit.
I'd also like to note that I've had positive dealings with Dlask in the past, and I don't want to start yet another general "for or against Dlask" thread, just want some information about the above questions.
Thanks.
