I did mine following the youtube vid. My barrel already had an extractor cut and feed profiling. You need a vice grip and piece of rubber, a couple of wrenches, an allen key, and some loctite. Remember to loosen the lockscrew in the trunion, and the barrel turns off pretty easily. Screw the new one in until the barrel face is flush and the extractor cut lines up. Mine was a tiny bit proud of the trunion when screwed in but doesn't seem to affect operation at all. Take your time, go slow, and it's a pretty hard one to screw up, IMHO. Good luck!
