Dlask shotgun 8.5" order cancelled, can't get in touch with them

I ordered a Dlask SMD-12 on May 23/07 by email.

I cancelled the order by email June 5/07 as the issue of it remaining non-restricted in the long term came up and I already have an ATC and a .454 Casull.

June 28/07, Dlask charged $500 to my Visa. I didn't notice it. Mea culpa.

July 3/07, I received a call on my answering machine from Dlask saying that they needed my mailing address to complete the sale and to ship the shotgun.

July 4/07 I faxed Dlask a letter stating all of the above (including copies of the entire order/cancellation email thread) and that I wanted to make sure that they credited my Visa account for the $500 and cancelled the transfer with the CFC. I called and left a message asking for them to call me. No response. I tried calling after 3 PM as per their answering machine and still no response.

Today July 5/07, left another long message asking them to call me. No response yet as of 11AM.

I realize that they are very busy (most of us are) and will be able to sell the unit that they called me about immediately as the demand for these little shotguns is high.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get in contact with them in order to resolve this? If worst comes to worst I can just take delivery of it and then sell it unfired I guess.
 
Joe was away last month and they were on a skeleton crew. I`d love to know when they are back to normal, I want to give them money.
They aren`t being dishonest, they just haven`t been on the ground for a while.
