Hey there, this is one of my first real posts!
I finally got my grail 22LR:
Here is a photo of this ###y beast:

My objective here was to build an extremely accurate rifle that is also portable and light, plinker/hunting.
End weight is exactly 5.2 LB without the bipod, a bit heavy but is acceptable.
The center of balance is exactly under the magazine well with the stock extended to 3rd detent - perfect ( and what I had planned for )
I finally got some range time this last weekend!
After shooting thoughts:
- The TUF-22 HCMAGS are really solid, no FTF no FTE just have to learn how to load them and they run perfect, just as good as Ruger 10 shots. I bought 4 more so I can hold 200 rounds.
- The inside of the receiver has a matte polish, the thing runs clean as heck and is as smooth as glass.
- Somehow this thing runs cleaner than my old 10/22's, maybe because of the kidd bolt headspace? maybe because it can be run drier? not sure. after 500 rounds it was basically clean still, no gunk buildup.
- For a first run of the rifle, I had no issues that weren't my own error ( bump fire from riding the light trigger ) EXCELLENT quality.
- Really the fit & finish and feel of this rifle is on a whole new level, I bought it because I started to get more expensive guns and the standard 10/22 felt poor quality.
Summary, holy #### DLASK - thanks.
I know I was annoying on the phone ( I called alot.... LOL ) but you really hit it out of the park...
Accuracy report - 30M

Andddddddd ~

LOL! a ragged hole.
That is 25 shots by the way.
Pretty damn good for a 3 MOA red dot.
Now I want to push it out to 100m and see what it can do.
