Do ALL Kel-Tec RFB miss that part's

Ok, let me explain you :
I just received a NIB RFB, i strip her down for cleaning, and notice a missing part, if you go on you RFB manual, page "BARREL PARTS LIST" the part # 163 "GAZ PISTON RETAINER" is not there ???

The tiny piston is grooved near the HEAD (bigger end) that groove is less deep then the other grooves, just like if a retainer or o-ring must be there ???

1- anybody have their RFB without this part ???
2 - Read few post on gaz piston that KA-BOOMED, can it be the cause ??

Let me know before i tried mine

The new gas system doesn't run a retainer to hold the piston in. It should fall out when you disassemble the rifle and hold it upright.
 
Mine is the latest version with gen 2 gas system and came with the tiny 5 round mag (delivery Jan 27). My gas piston falls out when the rifle is stripped and the muzzle is pointed to the roof. The rifle has functioned flawlessly so far (40 rounds). I wouldn't worry about it. Just the new way they are building them.
