Hello all!!

Im not sure that this is the correct forum, but I was wondering if any of you have had experiance with Do-All Trap throwers.

I am currently Trouble shooting one of their Aerial Assault AutomaticTraps for a good friend of mine, and was wondering what others experince have been.

In the process of trouble shooting, I have had a look at all their FAQ, and trouble shooting tips. To this point, I have not been able to fully resolve the mechnical issues, and as I could proceed not further on my own, thought I would give them a call.

I must say, that while this was my frist call, they treated me like a long time customer, and their customer & technical service has been great!! Their main concern was to get their product functioning as quickly as possible, and getting their customers satified regadless of location or who was making the inquiry. (They are a US based company, and you guessed it, I'm in Southern Alberta Canada).

I must say, that this type of response is quite refreshing. With their help, and supply of waranty parts, I am quite sure I will have this unit up and functioning in no time.

I look forward to all your comments and experiences.

Regards and all the best

Gentlemen:

I have done some research, and please understand that most these units never get back to the canadian distributor, never mind the US manufacturer, due to there thought out design and good consturuction.

However, in any process of manufacture, you will always get a problem child or two.

In this case, I am having issues with the the motor actuating the throwing arm properly. In my laymans opinion, I belive I have a bad or week motor, or a wiring harness issue.

When I expressed my concerns to the manufacturer, they concured and are sending not one but two sets (at my requrest) of replacment parts just to make sure I can get the customer into the field as soon as possible. I call this real customer service.

Further, you must understand, I am no technician, and have a full time job involved in property and realestate management. I am just a handy trap shooter, who happens to have some tools, and a decent understanding of how these machines are supposed to work. I even explained this to the company representatives I was talking to. To which they responded that they appreciated my willingness to help, and would do whatever it took to make this unint work.

In the meantime, if you are interested or want more info, vist w w w.do-alltraps.com (just remove the spaces inbetween the w's)

If the moderators do not object I will post pictures when I get this unit to work properly, and will share my experiences as things progress.

Regards and all the best
