Do buyer need to contact cfp or wait for them to call?

Restricted (private to private)

The Seller called , took him two days to get the ref number to sell me his gun.
Now to complete the process do the buyer (me) have to call them or wait for their call?

I've been trying to call for hours and getting hang up .. sometime after 40 min waiting they just hang up.

Trying 1807314000 ext 142. No go.
 
You have to call to complete the transfer . You will need to give them the reference number. Tell them you want to be notified by email when the transfer is completed!
 
Ive been trying for hours and hours.. they keep hanging up, i know im not the only one calling.. but what if i can't reach them? Are they going to call me or will they void the reference?
 
Yea, finally.. i started to call at 9am , called them probably 15 times, and finally got the winning line at 3h30pm. Lost my entire day for this lol , but atleast it is done.

Next step is to wait.
