Do I need a small game license to hunt squirrel in QC?

I am a non-resident (from Ontario) and completely bamboozled by MRNF website. They need to hire an English person to do some proof reading (eg: "hunting gears", lol). So help me out here... If I shoot a squirrel on crown land in QC, am a non-resident and do not have a hunting license, am I breaking the law? Squirrel is not listed as small game on the MRNF site.

In Quebec, if it isn't listed in the regulations, you can't hunt it.

My guess is that it would be classified under small game, and squirrels are Not listed under small game in the main regulations.

This is interesting though, the regulations say that Non-residents are NOT required to hold a hunter's certificate to obtain a hunting license.

They're listed as fur bearing animals, trapping only, with a trapper license.

Thanks for the response. To clarify, I have no intention of breaking the law. This is why I have posted. I was just trying to find a way to blast off small game somewhere to see if I liked the idea/sport w/o going through the whole hunter course shebang. I guess not...
