do I need to send my pal info every time I order online or do u have it saved on file

I placed an order couple months ago for two firearms. I used my same login. Would I need to send pal every time I order ammo or firearms, or do u have it saved on file from last time. I emailed you a copy of my pal on safe side the day i placed order and just sent it again but I'd like to know for future purchases if I have to send it every time. . I sent an email four days ago but no reply. I figured with holiday ur busy and take longer to reply. I am heading to range and so just like everyone I want to get my order asap to test out the optics and ammo I bought. Eta is showing april 22nd but its still showing pending and not shipped. But he said he emailed a copy of his PAL, most likely scanned, meaning that he could still have the copy but theoretically had his PAL revoked/seized.

We don't keep copies of PAL's on file. If you have recently sent one in my can verify online that it is still valid.
