Maybe i wasn't clear when i asked them earlier today about range guns when you're part of their club. I'll call again and ask just to clarify.
From what I was told it's simple, if you belong to the Grange, you can take out a range gun pending
1) There's a range officer on the range ( which is kinda lame considering they don't need to watch you.. just be present on the range ) They used to allow members to take out range guns w/o R.O's present..guess to many idiots ruined it for the rest of us.
2) You leave your PAL for the firearm your borrowing
3) The R.O's aren't using the range guns for a famil shoots, on weekends.. good luck trying to get one. Its always at their ( Target Sports ) discretion.
Feel free to call and double check, I haven't been in a few weeks so maybe the rules have changed again
