Do Sig Pro 40 mags function in a 9mm (like they do in a P226)?

Sig Pro 2022 magazines are pretty expensive but I see Dlask has some in 40 S&W for $35 and I'm wondering if anyone has tried these in their 9mm Sig Pro?

40 mags work in the 9mm P226 so I'm wondering if anyone has tried this. (If you are wondering, yes it's legal to use a 10rd 40 mag in your 9mm, if it indeed will function properly.)

Anyone know?

Everything I've found states that .40 mags will fit in your 9mm (just like most other pistols) and feed properly.

Many do not. The P226 and Beretta 92 seem to have this feature, but many others will not feed/function. I know the Sig Pro is a "poor man's 226" and isn't that popular of a pistol, so I was hoping that someone actually has tried it before in this particular gun.

I meant specifically that the P2022 .40 mags will fit and feed from you 9mm.

We have tried a couple in our range guns and they worked fine. Keep in mind that this is probably subject to manufacturing tolerances and might not mean that all 40 cal mags will work in all 9mm SP2022s.
