those locks suck! PITA to take off and put in and they brake if you over-tighten the screw.

My cuts to customize the case are awful

There's lots of info in those posts. I made my table almost exactly the same as the OP. I used an old computer power supply to power the cutter. If you use the 5volt wires then it's just the right amount to heat the wire and not burn it out. One of the guys gets his foam from here h t t p://www.foambymail.com/packaging.html
The parts for the table cost me $9 at a local Arts & Crafts store.

Here's what my case looks like now. I've added a bunch of stuff. I haven't received the new 10mm Visualock yet so I have to use a cable lock. Bummer.
