I view 'LEO/Mil only' markings much the same as warnings to 'read the manual before operation' -fugly.

Can't comment on the LMT lowers, but my Stag has the writting and I love it. My old Armalite had it too (now for sale by Hoot in the EE) . Just personal preference mostly.
