Was sorting thru my range ammo ( gunshows garage sales, auctions, etc) for a trip to the range with the enfield. Ifound a dozen or so of these. Tips are different and one was knocked off and this underneath the tip. Looks like they were an expanding bullet. Anyone remember what they were called?

Imperial, Bronze Point Expanding

Copper Point Expanding. Just found a couple boxes of those bullets.

A Trick Point. CPE were known to be unreliable. Remington had a similar bullet, I think.

Yes, unreliable. I was there when my brother used that CPE bullet .303 load to shoot a black bear. they did not open up at all. Was an interesting tracking job.
