Do your LMT M4 ramps line up?

Just wondering if anyone has an LMT Upper with feedramps that do not line up with the receiver cuts? See LMT Upper below. If so, any issues at all shooting?

M4 feedramps are next to useless on a 5 round limit semi-auto.

While is does seem bizarre that they don't match up, unless the upper and lower are the same make, it doesn't suprise me.

You should have ZERO problems feeding, IMHO.

It happens -- It should not though.

(canucklehead - the feedramps have no issue about the lower...)

M4 feedramps are useful for longer bullets and for mags that sit lower than spec.

IF you have a prbolem -- sent it back to how youu got it from.

My LMT 10.5 was aligned fine BTW.

yeah mine seem fine as well. I recall a recent thread on arf.com about this. Have a look for it in general AR forum. Had some advice and feedback from LMT on it.

pfft, Dremel the barrel extension, it's what looks to be out of whack. Besides if ramp cuts help, then wouldn't deeper ramp cuts help more?

What you have there won't make a lick of difference. Just shoot it, and have fun.

oh the things I saw before I left would make you cry. You know the statement about how you should never watch your car get worked on? same goes for guns......... especially IB ones.

I think we'd all be surprised at how many gunsmiths use Dremels. In a hobbyists hands however it can become a guns worst nightmare :D !
