DOA : CMMG Dissent BR4

Was looking at importing a CMMG DISSENT BR4 but its looking like DOA ..... to bad .

As its " Compatible with all DISSENT Mk4 Upper Groups" .... guess back to looking at HK SL8 .... !

AR-15 style uppers will not work on the BR4 lower, it's proprietary.

And the Dissent uppers are not AR-15 compatible.

What's the problem ?

This I find very interesting…any business on here able to get them…and what would the status be on these non or prohibited…
If any one knows can you pass on the info
