Has anyone bought a DR. OPTIC clone,?????????
I want to put one on a .22 1911 slide, However BROWNELL'S who used to sell this DR. OPTIC red dot, No longer sell this, Even though it is in thier catalog, And the only mounts left are for a Glock & AR.
The DR. OPTIC web-site does not appear to be working.
So has Trijicon, Who sells a high end ACOG with a piggy-back Dr.Optic sight bought the red-dot rights or just bought all the inventory,????
The base on the clone does detach, But the seller does not know if it fits the DR. OPTIC mount....
Or should I just pay more and go with the J point red dot, With lots of availablle
bases, Both from Brownells, That way I would be sure of a guaranteed fit.!!!!
