Does anybody in the Calgary to Banff area have a crowning tool to borrow or rent?

Bought a Remington 700 and only fired for function.then noticed the crown is recessed but seems to be 90 degrees. Should I hand tool a crown? And does anyone have one I could use?

Is there a problem with the crown? It would take a special type of person to damage a 90 degree recessed target crown.
