ALL chinese M14 rifles come with military type chromed lined barrels, both the 22" and 18.5"

So does that mean I can clean the gun with regular cleaners or should I still use windex if I shoot corrosive?

You shouldn't use Windex even if you shoot corrosive, the chemical people think neutralizes the corrosive salts is not the same one present in the blue window cleaning water. You're better off using hot boiling water and a funnel, the results are better and it dries itself off by heating the metal around it, so you have less chance of water being trapped in your barrel.
