Does anyone know of a dealer who purchases prohibited firearms?

I have a friend who has a few prohibited firearms, mainly police service revolvers, that he wants to sell. He doesn't use a computer so selling them on the EE won't work for him. Is there any dealers out there that purchases prohib firearms that I can put him in contact with?

Also, does anyone know if he can "will" these to a family member who does not have a prohib licence? The family member just has his restricted PAL.

If they are older then 1946 they can be given to immediate next of kin if they have a restricted license....class 12(7) would be applied.
Most gunshops will do consignment but rarely buy the guns outright.

We would buy depending on item, condition and price. Without his use of a computer it makes it pretty hard to see condition though.

Check local Firearm stores. A lot of them deal in used/consignment.
