looks like a reminton rolling block "shotgun"
with some homemade wood stock and forend on it.
P.S. I am on dial up and your pictures are so big , takes lond
time to down load large photos, just saw the other pictures,
and it looks more like a remi. copy -made in begium or
shake in back yard- kinda has a flowbert type action.
Do not try to shoot that thing.

Looks like the metal probably survived a fire and the stocks were toasted to a crisp. But yes it does look like a rolling block.

It's a much disturbed Rolling Block, with the amount of alterations to the action, it looks like a wall hanger. Most rolling block shotguns/conversions where 20 Gauge.

now i will tell you ...could be a copy. and its no more than a wall hanger. i keep it at my mother in laws house in CUBA.
still goes click and click...but its too far gone to repair. the barrel has actually been welded in a couple of spots and trigger group too. all i was intending to do is just make it look a bit better to hang on the wall. but i imagine parts will be impossible to find

I have a couple of rolling block shotguns that came from Tradeex. One is a 12ga Husky that is in excellent shape and I shoot regularly.

The second is 20ga and bears quite a resemblance to the one in the OP but in a bit better shape. I was a bit leery of shooting it but my father (who does a fair amount of gun building and smithing) decided to give it a whirl with black powder. After a few cautious tests he now shoots it at BP matches now and then.

A surprising number of rolling blocks were made and exported my Remington and many were made under Remingtons license around the world. There is no doubt that quite a few cheap knock-offs were made as well. Its one of the simplest actions ever designed and could be made by someone with a few files, a drill and some time.
