Does anyone know where a guy could find a Cooey 710 bolt?

The first place I'd look would be in a Cooey 710 rifle, but I expect you tried that already. The seller may have tried various places already but you just have to try them again in hope that one showed up after he gave up. E.g. Western Gun Parts, gun shows, old style independent gunsmith/shops anywhere you can find them. Advertise in the EE but bear in mind most people don't regularly check the EE for WTB adverts for things they have. Check WTS adverts regularly.
