Does anyone know where to get 100 rd mags. My MWG 50 seems quite worn out - so I'm looking for a bigger replacement. Also - please no posts on the merits of steel lips 25s - I'm looking for 100s please.

I was working on a 250rd drum, but two machine shops didn't want to take on the project for liability reasons (it's a friggen magazine!).

You'd think I was asking them to make a silencer or something. Sheesh.

^ Sweet Zombie Jebus I would drop some $$$ on a reliable (ish) drum mag in a heart beat. Please keep the rest of us rimfire lovers posted!

1) Take two 25 rnd steel lips and snap them together.

2) Repeat step 1.

3) Duct tape and haywire the products of steps 1 and 2 in the form of a +.

Voila, a dependable 100 round setup.

Impress the serious target shooters at your range by showing up with this rig while wearing a Red Green outfit.

Magazines: The biguns:)

Search rockin rimfires on google and visit the first hit. Muchos eyecandy for those who like big clips.
Also, Lakeside Guns makes a chainfed model .22 very kool as well. I thought about getting one but my wallets just not fat anough for that kind of price tag:(

I have one of the PPSh clones in .22 with a 50 round drum mag. Yes it is fun, but it takes a long time to load and a very short time to empty. Its heavy, the feeding a bit inconsistent and loading difficult.

I am not really sure what the attraction to a 100 round mag is.

I'm new to rimfire scene so I need to ask the obvious question...
Mag cap for Rimfire rifle is what? As high as your mag will allow it? I guess it's not like Black Rifles. What I meant to ask is, is there limit to rimfire rifle's mag cap.

No mag limits on rimfire, bolt action, lever action or pump action...

Semi-auto CENTERFIRE are restricted to 5. Everything else, no limit. Well, pistols are 10 round limit...

I'm surprised someone hasn't come yet with a kit to modify a 10/22 to belt-fed.

I've seen those Tippman belt-fed mini-machinegun firing rimfires, it would be nice to have on a 10/22 (minus the FullAuto, or course)

I would be in for a 100-200 rd drum..have a couple of those and an afternoon session could be only 1-2 reloads away......would suck loading the bugger though....unless of course there was a tool....
