Does anyone know...

Nothing very tough: just make sure you released the striker before attempting to remove the carrier.
Release the action cover by pushing slightly on it while withdrawing the captive locking pin.
Push on the cover and lift it off to the rear. The recoil and sear springs are attached to that part.
Invert the rifle and slide the carrier/bolt unit to the rear; it will fall in your hand. Separate the bolt from the carrier by pulling the striker to the rear. This will free the bolt.
The bolt is two parts: the bolt body and the pivoting blocking lugs unit. Notice how it fits on the block before lifting it off from the bolt.
The striker can now be separated from the bolt carrier by twisting it to unlock then pulling.
Clean and flush the bolt face and firing pin area then reassemble. When joining the bolt and locking block, I put a small dab of heavy lithium grease in the pivot sockets of the bolt.
Reassemble the bolt in its tracks with the rifle inverted (easier) and push the bolt in battery. Make sure the striker is released and goes fully into the bolt body (pull on the trigger while pushing on the striker) This will facilitate reinsertion of the striker and recoil spring when putting the action cover back on.
Push the action cover pin back in its place.
Done.

Bolt carrier is pretty obvious. Do you mean the bolt itself? IIRC there is a vid in the FAQs on taking the bolt down.

Sorry I meant the bolt. I wanted to clean the extractor and firing pin hole, due to the fact that just over 4000 rounds down and since this would be the fourth time cleaning it. I thought that it would be a good thing to inspect the firing pin and clean the extractor proplerly.
