Does anyone make suitable 1" rings for AR?

I see a lot of options for 30 and 34mm high Picatinny rings that work on an AR (ATRS brand being my favourite) but does anyone know if there are any decent rings for a 1" scope or do I have to buy one of those lousy mounts?

I wanted to use both scope and backup sights on my rifle so I went with UTG 1" one piece quick detachable mount; but I had to add a 1/2" riser to get the scope up high enough. I am very impressed at how well it holds zero; I have had it on and off a number of times, and it shoots the same place every time. Maybe not what you are looking for, but it works well for me.
