I see legacysports.com is the American distributor, and they list 3 Canadian dealers (2 Ont, 1 BC) but none of them have websites I can find.

I know Paul Reiben of Rangesports Unlimited in Kamloops BC is a Howa dealer. I have no idea if he will carry this, but will probably be able to get it. He does not have a website.
