Im looking to buy a receiver only beause i would like to do a ground up build with all the parts and goodies i want, does anyone sell remington 870 or mossberg 500 receivers only? or any members have one they would like to sell me thanks, goose

Are you wanting to purchase a receiver or an action?
Either way, the only source is likely going to be something that has been disassembled from a complete firearm.

A Mossy or Win is the only way to go for a lightweight project for sure....waaayy lighter than a 870.

A quick bead blast will take care of any ally receiver so that'll be easy.
