Does anyone use a roll up gun case?

I don't have one and wouldn't. Why carry more cra* in 'one bag' ? I have separate range bags for any other stuff and other rifles. My range bag is about 20# then 10-20# of ammo, then 2-5 rifles is enuf to drag around.

Depend on how long is your rifle..I use Nanuk 990, 44 inches inside dimension.
The 995 is up to 52 inches internal.
Tough case..first class…will last forever.

Wondering if anyone uses a roll up gun case? If so, what type and do you recommend it? Thanks!

Just about anyone who has served in an army and had to transport a large number of rifles has used weapons bags. They aren't particularly good for protecting rifles, but easy to account for by rack numbers or organisation and minimise bulk for transportation (in lieu of hard Pelican-style cases).

for opsec purposes, I use a wheeled, nylon zippered golf bag carrier.

My rifles are in zippered, thick cushioned individual rifle bags. And i can fit 3 inside the golf carrier.

similar to this one, but mine also has a long central strap from top to bottom so i can carry over my shoulder if not full.

In your case, it's PERSEC (rather than OPSEC).

Best to stick to avoid jargon and stick to using terms that you know.

In the movie For a Few dollars More, Colonel Mortimer uses a bed-roll type of gun case that was a specialty prop-type product, I think; I haven't seen a commercially-produced equivalent.

The closest I've seen are made by Skinner Sights.
