Does it usually take 5 days to just process the order? Or did I do something wrong?

Ive ordered from CA before and my order is typically processed in a day or two. Which is still alot longer than most other places but worth it given the quality of product and free shipping.
But I ordered a 12' grizzly mag 5 days ago and JUST got the confirmation of the order tonight at 7pm. Im not complaining. Im in no rush to get it. Im just curious, I paid by credit card but did I do something to cause the long delay, maybe using a different payment method is faster?

I do plan to order more stuff from CA in the future but its tough when you really have no idea how long an order will take to just be processed let alone shipped, then how long it will take to arrive (which I fully understand has NOTHING to do with CA).

Just curious, thats all, no complaints.
 
They are just really busy, I placed my order on Feb 4th and has yet to be processed, I am paying by way of EMT and have yet to hear anything or pay for it yet.
But from what I hear they are just really busy.
