Does the Hornady Headspace kit and Comparator kit use the same body?

Im looking to order a headspace kit but am wondering if I need to order the body seeing as I have one from my comparator kit?? Are these the same body?

I just checked mine and can confirm the bodies are the same.

The bodies are the same. If you just want to measure base to shoulder headspace you need one body and the correct bushing for the shoulder. If you want to measure base to ogive on the bullet then all you need extra is the bushing for your caliber. If you want to measure base to ogive of the bullet, nothing more is needed. If you want to measure bearing surface of the bullet, then you need an extra body, and caliber bushing.
