Does this have any value or significance? Browning 1903 frame

So just for a laugh, I bought a browning 1903 frame from tradex a few years back. Its probably not useable anymore. Has two large cracks and seems to be missing a chunk of metal in anther spot. I believe it is a Swedish M1907.However, the neat thing is that the serial number is 17. Yes, that's right, 17. It also has the name of the officer who it was issued to, scratched into the frame. It looks like it says ' Laitn Ekstrom L.G'.

Is this frame at all worth something or somehow significant in any way? I was thinking of getting rid of it soon on the EE.
