I'm looking for a semi .223 rifle that accepts ar15 magazines. Something along the lines of a Remington 7615 or a mini14.

Etc. Etc......you'd be further ahead to ask this in the black rifles forum

I've thought about the more tactical rifles but would be nice for a more traditional rifle.

Well...the only real diff between a mini and a "tactical" gun is the stock...and the 7615 is pretty tacticool, right down to the AR15 stock....you'd be further ahead to get something like the black special or sig 556 and have someone make you a wood stock.

In short, there is no "traditional" rifle that is designed to take "tactical" gun mags....but there are also no tactical guns with a hinged floorplate, so I guess they are even

Lol sounds good. Thank you for the input. One thing that turns me away from the black rifles are the price tags they come with. Go figure.

That looks like a great non-res rifle. Add a few 10rd pistol mags and your ready for some fun. Cost a bit but would worth it if it prints nice at 100-300m.
