doesnt really like the CCI, since they are the most expensive im not to hurt by that lol

was going to do some 50yards, but just couldnt do it with the light from the indoor range, ill do some this weekend outdoors

looks like it has a potential to be a good shooter. Try standard velocity match ammo. Also for a scope - check if reticle stays on center if you move your eye a little bit (parallax). At these short distances sometimes rifle is fine but cheaper scope drives your shots all over the place.

ill grab some pics soon as i get a decent camera, all ive got is a cell phone atm, its just a p-20 with an old weaver c4 scope on it

my local canadian tire sells the winchester in bricks, going to go grab a few today :D

figured out how to shoot with both eyes open using the scope though, not as hard as i thought it would be

you are stocking too early on that Winchester, try more brands, there is proly couple dosens of different ammo available - try it all, box each. It is a lot of fun and very informative.

You called it a *P-20*....I have a Squires Bingham M-20 that looks exactly like yours except the cheek piece on mine isn't as high.
15 rnd mag from the factory, and I bought mine brand new in '86 for $92. Still kills gophers out to 75 yards no problem with a 4x32 scope on it.
Also picked up a 30 rnd steel mag that went with the Squires copy of the russian burp gun. 30 rnds in the field is nice, less reloading to do.

I love mine, I bought a 10/22 as a backup as the Squires is getting on in age....POS ruger doesn't hold a candle to the Squires

i must have been misinformed then, thought it was a p-20, same action thought so close enough. going to use this for gopher shooting as soon as it stops snowing :D

I guarantee you won't be dissapointed. Also, I found if I don't completely strip the action after 500-700 rounds and clean it, then it tends to go full auto for 2 shots every once in a while.
Enjoy.
