First time rented cabins at Dog Lake Resort located 1 hour north of Thunder Bay.
The resort advertises in the Ontario Out of Doors magazine, the add is totally misleading.
-They advertised that they have 2 private million acres to hunt, but thats only for Bear baiting nothing to do with moose or deer.
-Complete orientation of the area that you will be hunting, not true they show you a map and point on the map to a so called location, even though you were never there before!
-They told us that we should tag out on deer, no one in the 9 cabin camp harvested a deer.
-Linen service, ha what a joke, they run out of towls and you have to clean them your self, items in the cabin broke down, and they advertise 5 star cabin..more like 2 star cabins.
These were the comon complaints from more than have of the cabins being rented.
Would I go there again, not a chance!
